Location is perfect, we stayed at family room and size was enough for us. The view was spectacular. Breakfast was good. The variety of the food was good. Room was clean.

Areas for improvement:

Hotel room and bathroom should be renovated. There was nothing in the fridge-no water!

The location as always were perfect. The newly refurbished delux studio rooms with view are the best.

The bathrooms have to be refurbished too. The staff never speaks, never smiles.

The location of the hotel is perfect …. close to the port, many restaurants and the main bus station to navigate from airport. The hotel is spotlessly clean and breakfast was nice.

The only trouble I had was attempting to get shower spray …. although my husband was able to work it with extra strength.

The room was clean and it was in a fantastic location for Kos Town. We had booked a room for 4 people, with some confusion the room was already booked so they happily upgraded us to two double rooms.

We were there for a Bachelorette party. Special thanks to the lady who prepared our room as if it’s her own daughters party. You made our party better. Everything was so special.
